Show Me the Stats

When asked about pattern of use in the past year, 71.7% of young adults in Washington State either do not use marijuana at all or use it less than once per month. Meanwhile, MOST of young adults don’t drive after marijuana use in the past month (91.5%) and MOST of young adults don’t drive after consuming alcohol (90.8%).
Where did we get these stats from? Statistics come from the 2023 Washington Young Adult Health Survey. Young adults between 18-25 from Washington State participated in this survey.

“Most Steer Clear” was created to help keep young adults in Washington State safe and healthy. MOST (9 out of 10) young adults in WA state DON’T drive under the influence of marijuana or alcohol. In addition, MOST (72%) young adults in WA state DON’T use marijuana at all or not in the past month.
